CrampScript
CrampScript supports the muscular system – helps manage muscle cramps, spasms and fatigue.
Muscle cramps are involuntary, generally painful contractions of a muscle or muscle group, which occur when a muscle contracts with a great intensity and stays contracted, without relaxing as a normal muscle should do.
Muscle cramps are common, and they may be mild and resolve in a few minutes, or can cause considerable discomfort, pain and be disabling, especially if they are affecting sleep.
CrampScript is a comprehensive combination of the essential micronutrients needed for the relief of muscle cramps, spasms and fatigue. It also provides antioxidant support for neurological disorders such as neuropathies, where muscular cramps are often experienced.

Each vegetable capsule contains: Magnesium bisglycinate 155 mg; magnesium malate 155 mg; calcium bisglycinate 96,5 mg; potassium aspartate 74,5 mg; sodium bicarbonate 37,5 mg; L-taurine 25 mg; N-Acetyl-L-carnitine HCl 25 mg; vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 2,5 mg.

Dosage
Maintenance dosage: Take 1 capsule 3 times daily.
Acute dosage: Take 2 capsules, 30 minutes before exercise.
Use as directed, or as prescribed by your health care practitioner.
Cautions: To be used under the supervision of your health care practitioner if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have uncontrolled hypertension or hyperthyroidism.
Store in the original packaging, with the lid tightly closed, at or below 25 °C. Keep out of reach of children.
